United Nations Leadership

Several Big Sandy High School students attended the Nacogdoches Model United Nations on January 19 as leaders. These students had to write essays and to interview to achieve these positions.  Several schools participated in the interview process and our students were chosen to lead the following Committees:

Sydney —Co-chair of UNICEF

Savanna —Co-Chair of UNIFEM

John —Chair of WFP

Rebecca —Co-Chair of WFP

Whitney — Chair of ECOSOC
