Texas History Homepage

The Texas Essential Knowledge & Skills requires all 7th grade students to take Texas History.  This course is designed to educate students on the cultural, economic, and political history of the State of Texas. 

The students will be learning about the exploration of Texas, the Texas Revolution, Texas role in the Civil War to present day Texas.  Students will be required to read novels, bring in current events. and develop projects related to people and places of Texas.
