The Junior High Student Council held a one week toiletries drive for wildfire victims on the elementary and junior high campuses. The two campuses collected over 750 toiletry items for those in need. On the elementary campus Mrs. McQueen’s class collected the most items while Mr. Baker’s class collected the most on the junior high campus. The items will be delivered by student council members to shelters in the surrounding areas. The Junior High Student Council serves as the governing organization of the student body and is dedicated four core areas of service: drug/alcohol/safety/health awareness and prevention;  promoting pride and patriotism; conserving energy/protecting the environment; and community service. If you would like to donate toiletry items, they can be dropped off at the Junior High office.
