About Mrs. Blavier

Mrs. Blavier has always lived in Big Sandy.  In fact, she went to Big Sandy Elementary, Junior High and even graduated from Big Sandy High School.  She then went to Kilgore college for one year and then finished up her education at the University of Texas at Tyler. This is her sixth year to teach.  She taught second grade for five years at Big Sandy and now is going to teach the ESL and GT classes.  Ever since she was in Mrs. Potter's kindergarten class she has wanted to be a teacher.  She truly loves children and plans to continue to teach until she is very old.  She is married to Aaron Blavier.  They have one son, Cameron who is in Second Grade and one daughter, Daphnie who is the daycare.

Her goal, as a teacher, is to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of the students in an environment that encourages optimum intellectual development.  She is planning many exciting things that she hopes the students will enjoy.  She desires to instill the love of learning in every student and completely prepare them for their next grade.  She is eager to help the students learn many new things in their special classes.  She is anticipating and looking forward to another wonderful year.

Mrs. Blavier loves Walt Disney World.  She has been there 5 times!!!!
